In the UK, we partner with origination partners to provide Lifetime Mortgages, which is one of the most common types of Equity release. It allows consumers to take out a loan secured against their homes, with interest accumulating overtime. They remain the owner of your property, and the loan is repaid when they move into long term care or pass away.

Lifetime Mortgages 
Italy is the only country utilizing lifetime mortgages across our European portfolio. These are similar to Lifetime Mortgages provided in the UK, enabling consumers to take out a loan secured against their homes with interest accumulating overtime, with the loan being repaid when the consumer passes away or moves into long term care.
Home Reversion Plan 
This plan is currently being used by France, Poland, and Germany across our European portfolio. With this option, consumers can sell a portion or all their property to a provider in return for a lump sum or regular income. They have the right to live in the property rent-free for the rest of their life. When the property is sold, the provider receives their share.
